Installation of architectural solar shading. The aim was to improve the thermal aspect of the building and allow sufficient shading.
Kingspan Light + Air supplied and installed solar shading for the new college in the commune of Champier, located in the centre of the Isère department, between Lyon and Grenoble. This new public college was delivered for the 2020 school year and today welcomes 820 pupils.
4,800 Solarfin blades, in a mix of 7 colours, were installed. 1,800 solar shades are motorised across the whole structure.
A building management system (BMS) was installed to control the solar shading according to information received from the weather. Each classroom is equipped with a manual button to darken or let in more light.

Natural smoke control for the CIC bank. Natural smoke control and ventilation for the new CIC headquarters. Reconstruction project of the CIC headquarters in Laxou with 133 Coltlite windows and an Eco Free Cooling unit for effective natural ventilation and smoke control.

Architecture, experience and fire safety. On the Belgian coast in Middelkerke, the casino complex received a makeover. Silt is now a multifunctional building with a restaurant, event hall and car park, among other things, designed for intensive use, and where safety is central.
